Yes, this is a Genuine NY Ontario and Western No Trespassing Sign (legend has it it is from Livingston Manor, NY).
That's O&W Coal at the bottom of the sign, and hidden on top is an insulator from the Lehigh Valley and Hudson River RR. That came from the LV&HR ROW just north of the Burnside Crossing.
Of course, I hope no one can afford this item - because we need it in the TrainHaus!
